Pursuant to Article 13 (1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (i.e. General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU.L 2016 No. 119, p. 1) hereinafter referred to as RODO, we inform you that:

The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Inspector to supervise the correctness of personal data processing, who can be contacted by phone +48 17 865 1775 or by e-mail: iod@prz.edu.pl or to the Administrator’s registered office address, on any matter concerning the processing of your personal data and exercising your rights related to the processing of such data.
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of registration of participation as well as organization and conduct of the Beach Volleyball 2021 Competition organized on June 10-11, 2021 by the Rzeszów University of Technology Academic Sports Center and the Rzeszów University of Technology Student Government – on the basis of Article 6.1.a RODO (consent to processing of personal data).
Providing data is voluntary, however, it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Refusal to provide them is equivalent to the inability to register participation in the tournament.
Your personal data will not be disclosed to external entities except in cases provided by law.
Your personal data will not be transferred to a recipient in a third country or an international organization.
Your personal data will be processed until:
(a) the purpose of the processing is achieved, or
b) revocation of consent forming the basis of the processing, or
(c) you object to the processing;
and thereafter stored for the time and for the purpose and to the extent required by law. After the expiration of the retention period, your data will be irreversibly anonymized.
The Administrator may entrust the processing of your personal data to external entities acting on behalf of the Administrator, e.g. an entity providing IT services in the area of development, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, and the right to object to the processing of your data, provided that it is allowed by law.
You have the right to transfer your data to another entity by submitting a transfer request to the Data Controller.
You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing, which was carried out on the basis of consent, before its withdrawal (subject to the provisions of the law). You can withdraw your consent by sending a written request to the Administrator’s mailing address or to the e-mail address biuro@ssprz.pl. Withdrawal of consent for the processing of your data will result in the withdrawal of your participation in the tournament and/or inability to publish your image.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place where the alleged infringement was committed), if you believe that the Controller, when processing your personal data, violates the provisions of the RODO.
In Poland, the function of the supervisory authority is performed by the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making processes (including profiling).
